Dr. Yazdani's primary focus is power sales contract restructuring in California and elsewhere. As president of FMY Associates, Inc., he combines his academic background, his experience as a regulator, and his expertise as an independent power consultant to provide unmatched service to his clients. He also has furnished general consulting services for the past six years. Dr. Yazdani received his Ph.D. in Economics and Finance from Stanford University in 1985, and subsequently spent seven years at the California Public Utilities Commission, where he was in charge of all independent power projects in California.
